Fabric

100% Cotton

This double cotton gauze fabric, weighing 120g/m², is a top-of-the-range fabric. Recognizable by its crinkled, embossed appearance, double cotton gauze is a fabric formed from two layers of cotton gauze woven together, offering a unique combination of lightness, softness and breathability. Ideal for lightweight, comfortable garments, its unique texture provides a comfortable feel and a casual look. Once the garment was made, it was piece-dyed, giving it a unique aesthetic dimension, with subtle, nuanced colors and a depth of hue that will evolve over time.

Manufacturing

This product was crafted by our partner manufacturer, located in Marrakech, Morocco. This versatile tailoring workshop, specialized in wovens produces shirts, pants, jackets, coats, as well as dresses. Created for the launch of the Hartford Women's line in 2000, this factory continues to manufacture more than 50% of Hartford Women's products and today employs around 200 people, 90% of whom are women.
